JVC mixes apartment towers with townhouse clusters, so one week it’s a high-rise studio and the next a family townhouse. It’s also still developing in parts, which means more airborne dust — so we clean surfaces thoroughly before priming. Most jobs here are family homes and move-in/move-out repaints, and a few towers in Districts 13 and 15 ask for an NOC, which we arrange.
